Appointment Policies

New clients are required to make an appointment reservation deposit of $50 for a 30-minute appointment, $100 for 1-hour appointment and $150 for appointments longer than 1 hour. This deposit is applied to your service, only if that appointment is kept. If you cancel or reschedule that appointment the fee will be forfeited.

All new clients must present a valid government issued photo I.D. prior to being seen.

A cancellation fee of $50/$100/$150, depending on the timed appointment, will be charged for any cancellation or no-show appointment without required 24-hour notice for all clients.

All skincare products purchased from our office, whether opened or unopened, are non-refundable.
