Appointment Policies

Your time is valuable, as is ours...

New clients are required to make an appointment reservation deposit of $100. This deposit is applied to your service, only if that appointment is kept. If you cancel or reschedule that appointment the fee will be forfeited.

All new clients must present a valid government issued photo I.D. prior to being seen.

​

A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for any cancellation or no-show appointment without required 24-hour notice for all clients. 

​

All skincare products purchased from our office, whether opened or unopened, are non-refundable.
