What is it?

Chemical peels help to improve the appearance of the skin. Various types and strengths can be used to fit your needs and goals. They restore an even skin tone and address skin concerns such as wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation, sun spots, acne, uneven skin tone and enlarged pores.

How does it work?

Chemical peels stimulate collagen production and allow new, regenerated skin cells to come to the surface. A chemical solution is placed over the skin to gently remove the outer layers of skin. The result is a smoother, rejuvenated complexion.

What should I expect?
​
When the peel is applied, it is expected and normal to feel a tingling and slight burning sensation. Over the next few days, light flaking or peeling and redness is expected. We ask that you avoid direct sunlight for 1 week following your peel and avoid heavy exercise and wearing makeup for at least 2 days.
