What is it?

Dermal fillers restore volume to your skin, smooth wrinkles and folds and provide support for a more youthful appearance.

How does it work?

​

As we age, our skin loses elastin, collagen and hyaluronic acid, leading to wrinkles and loss of structural volume.  

  Hyaluronic acid (HA) based fillers like Restylane® and Juvéderm® are formatted to mimic your body's own naturally present hyaluronic acid. This allows for normal facial expressions and movement, since the product integrates within the skin.  

  Sculptra Aesthetic® consists of poly-L-lactic acid and is administered to restore volume and correct folds and wrinkles by regenerating collagen. Results last approximately 25 months.

  Radiesse® is a calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHa) based filler that provides volume and support while stimulating natural collagen production by your own body. It lasts approximately one year.

What should I expect?

​

Results are seen immediately, but it can take a full two weeks to see the final results. Dermal fillers can last up to a year or longer depending on various factors.
